All cancellations must be made directly with Five Star Adventures Tours as while of any 3rd party tour provider. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire to reschedule a new tour.
•All reservation must be reserved by a credit card
•Cancellations 6 days before tour is non-refundable
•Cancellations 7 - 15 days before tour will receive a 50% refund
•Cancellations 16 - 24 days before tour will receive a 75% refund
•Customers will receive a full refund with 25 days notice of date of departure.
•No-shows will be charged full price of reservation.
•Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
PRICING:
Published prices are based on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time before your booking is made. We reserve the right to increase the cost during holidays or if the currency, fuel charges increase. We will inform you of any increases.
